TERMS & CONDITIONS

All commissioned pieces are for personal use only. If you wish to use anything commercially (Advertising, Sales, etc.), please contact me to arrange beforehand so we can work something out.

Payment is carried out via PayPal. The transfer fees are included in the pricing. If you are from Singapore, let me know if you wish to use PayNow, so I can recalculate the price to exclude Paypal's transfer fee!

By commissioning me, unless otherwise requested, you consent to the use of your art on my social media platform(s). You will be tagged and credited for the character on the post. If you do not wish for the piece to be posted, please Direct Message me.

My commissions are digital goods, no physical copies will be delivered.

I retain the right to refuse a commission request.

I do not offer refunds on the completion of a piece.

If you want to print your piece, let me know in advance so I can use the appropriate colours!

Process

DESCRIPTION
Fill out the form with details about your character! Include any references you have for your character for best results.

START SKETCH
I will begin work on a rough pencil sketch for review, you may request a revision (3 free revisions).

If you wish to go ahead, I will send a request for 50% payment up front.

FINALISE DESIGN
I will begin working on the final piece, I will send an update once the main colour flats are layed out to review the colour scheme. You may request minor revisions, like colours or details.

COMPLETE PIECE
I will send a request for the remaining 50% after the final review, after which the piece will be finished.

DELIVER
You will receive an SVG file of your character without a background, and one with my standard layout.
